Birch Park began as a lighting project — replacing every fitting in the house with LED — and became a standing relationship. French Electrical has been the electrical contractor for this Whitford residence continuously since 2020.
Beyond the LED relight, we have installed and altered the pool lighting, wired the automated blinds and louvres, installed a floatless switch and pump controls, serviced the automatic gates, and installed security cameras.
We also handle the unplanned work — power outages, a heat pump that stopped, pumps that failed, faulty fittings.
A house with pool plant, gates, automated louvres, pumps and cameras has a lot of systems that interact. Knowing the property saves the diagnostic hours a new contractor would have to charge for every time.
