French Electrical delivered the electrical refit for a substantial Whitford property designed by Swan Railley Architects Ltd and built by Stehr Brothers. The main house runs to six bedrooms and ensuites, a kitchen, conservatory, four living areas and a seven-car garage, with a separate pool house alongside.
The refit covered the main house and pool house, a PABX phone system, feature landscape lighting, and an automatic gate with intercom. The largest single element was the fit-off of the seven-car garage.
A standby generator was installed to carry the property through outages.
We test the generator on a scheduled cycle so it is known to work before it is needed, and we have handled the gate automation and general service on the property continuously since.
