French Electrical carried out the complete electrical package for a four-bedroom home on Vale Road, St Heliers, working for main contractor Superior Construction Ltd. Although the house was a renovation rather than a new build, the electrical scope was effectively that of a new home — the property was stripped back and rewired from the mains in.
The job ran in two main stages across 2022 and 2023. The first was the renovation prewire, which included disconnecting and removing the existing mains and relocating both the meter and the main switchboard. The second was the full fit-off to the builder’s programme.
Feature work included LED strip lighting to the entry steps, decks and vanities, an alarm system with a dedicated modem cabinet, and television and AV points through the living areas.
We have stayed on for the homeowner since completion, handling the small adjustments that follow any renovation — repositioning vanity lighting, refixing LED strip, alarm programming and switch work.
